On the occasion of our Eightieth birthday, going through our memories, we found the wine cellar log where Bruno Ceci noted down the winemaking
and fermentation processes in order to create the Lambrusco that he produced in the Sixties. Hence the idea of re-proposing it now, with a new look but with the same essence.
color
Bright, intense purple-red
nose
Notes of fresh and gently sweet red fruit followed by Marasca cherries, strawberries, and raspberries. Hints of colourful flowers, with notes of geranium and rose, and above all of violet.
Taste
Fresh and warm, with a distinct note of minerality and a very pleasant acidity. Surprisingly fine and balanced to the palate, with amazing versatility.

In addition to classic parings from Emilia tradition, slich as cured and boiled meat, it perfectly fits with lobster Catalana, tiger prawns in filo pastry and cream of chickpeas, parmesan mousse with balsamic vinegar.
