Store the bottles upright in a cool place away from light. A wine cellar is the ideal place for this.
Chill in the refrigerator (or in a cooler) before serving. Delicately and slowly remove the cork, holding the bottle upright all the while.
The ideal serving temperature for Lambrusco is 8-10° C. (48-50° F.). This allows the wine to retain its natural freshness but it also allows it to reveal its intense aromas and rich flavor.
Lambrusco is a fresh young wine that should be drunk within a year of its release in order to maximize its freshness and vibrancy.
Malvasia is another grape variety that benefits from the cool temperatures of the cellar.
Store it upright and away from light.
Open it while still cool and serve immediately.

Serve this wine between 7-9· C. (46-48° F.).
