This acclaimed wine is produced using a soft pressing system so as to maintain intact all of the Fortana grapes original aromas and flavors. Fortana is an indigenous variety with a deep bond to the cuisine of Emilia. Its intense foam always delivers distinct, irresistible fruity aromas.

The classic pairing for this wine is spalla cotta (cured pork shoulder), the perfect counterpoint for its fattiness and intense flavor. But it also works great with a wide range of Emilian antipasti, salumi and cheeses, and it will even pair well with fish dishes.
