Production process: For the recipe for this beer, we have chosen a unique blend of European malts, which give the beer a full-bodied and easy-drinking character.

After bottling, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle until the yeasts have been consumed, thus giving the beer healthy foam and fizziness.
The yeasts create natural sediment that rests at the bottom of the bottle.
