A white wine produced using Malvasia di Candia grapes grown in the Parma hills. The bunches are first thinned (i.e., fruit is dropped to increase the vigor of the vines) and then the grapes are picked at the beginning of September. Aromatic on the palate, fresh, youthful, and smooth. An excellent aperitif and an ideal pairing for classic Parma charcuterie. Serve at 7-9° C. and drink within a year of release.
